Account Receivable Management

Howard Morris Group understands that cash flow is vital to the success of any business and having an Accounts Receivable Management process is a critical part in a company's growth and survival. Growing your business is difficult enough, without having to focus your attention on maintaining your cash flow.

 

Our goal is to clean up and bring A/R as close to current as possible. Also, while moving forward, to help maintain a lower DSO and value to the A/R within a realistic timeliness of payment and process for collections. We want to minimize customer and monetary losses while reaffirming assets before recommendation of accounts going to collections. Every A/R process is uniquely designed by working with out clients to discover what works best for them. Below is an example of one of the processes that works best for one of our clients.
